Card for "Do not distrub"... No have it. No Hair dryer Seperate and differnet location of room from main hotel and very high like a cliff. I needed to climb.

This is THE place

Easy walking distance to the street.. Total peace and serenity.. The only detriment was the access to the water. There is no beach and you have to crawl down a slippery ramp to get into the water. They should build a handrail into the water but I think the ramp is for boating and not swimmers..

Was great little place.... friendly staff the complimentary breakfast wasn't good slim selection and horrible food but all resorts seem to have the same issue in koh Chang... Make sure to get a room on the water cause the rooms they have are in the hills and tough to get one even w any view....

Hotel Plaloma

Hotel situato in buona posizione , di costruzione non recente e che abbisogna di notevoli interventi di manutenzione e di rinnovamento in particolare in camera. Breakfast di modesta qualità e con poca scelta Per a località in cui si trova ed il livello dei servizi offerti il prezzo pagato è sinceramente eccessivo, in particolare perché il climatizzatore era vecchio, rumoroso e non funzionava correttamente, i pannelli del soffitto della camera non sigillano bene ed ho trovato insetti nel letto.. Non piacevole la mancanza di luce specchio in bagno, mobilio antiquato in camera. Di buon livello il frigorifero, probabilmente unica miglioria apportata alla camera. La biancheria viene cambiata di rado, per avere cambio lenzuola ogni due notti bisogna chiederlo espressamente Nel corpo distaccato delle camere da me occupate NON c'è il Wi Fi che invece funziona nella hall in piscina ed in zona mare

Huone erillisessä sivurakennuksessa jonne piti kävellä ajotien kautta. Ilmastointia ei saatu kuntoon koko aikana. Aamupala surkea. Esillepano ja hygienia kyseenalainen. Epäystävällinen palvelu. Huono kokemus kaikkiaan. Niitä sattuu joskus. No eipä tarvitse tulla tänne uudelleen.

-Hotellin henkilökunta töykeä. -hinta/laatusuhde käsittämättömän huono. -ilmastointia ei saanut pitää päällä jollet notkunut huoneessa. -muiden huoneiden äänet kuuluivat seinien läpi. -reitti huoneeseen kulki vilkasta tietä pitkin. -aamiaista en olisi syöttänyt edes koiralleni.

Rummet som vi bodde i låg högt med besvärligt höga trappor. Rummet i sig var rent och snyggt, hade en stor balkong där vi kunde se havet. Inte högsta standard men helt o k. Bra frukost.

Hotell nära centrum

Rummet överensstämde inte med beskrivning på Hotels.com. Riktigt skabbigt och snuskigt. Sängen var fruktansvärt oskön. Fjädrar som gått sönder och vi sov knappt något under de fyra nätterna vi bodde där. Verandan/terassen i vår air cliff ving var fantastisk med solnedgångar. Vi tillbringade mer tid där än i det snuskiga rummet. Frukosten var helt okej. Poolen var väldigt kall men fräsch och välstädad. Fler solstolar hade varit önskvärt eftersom utrymmen fanns för detta.

Jag bokade rum på hotellet 2016-10-23,betalade via internet ett enligt mig ett ganska högt pris 1700 Thb per natt. När jag checkade in sa personen i receptionen att min bokning endast gällde boende på anxset som låg i skogen en bit från hotellet. Om jag ville bo på hotellet fick jag betala 300 Tbh extra per natt, detta framgick inte vid bokningen hos Hotels.com? Frukosten var inte vad man väntat sig av ett så dyrt hotell. Helhetsintrycket. Inte prisvärt 2000 Tbh/ natt, personalen inte engagerad, chefen på hotellet likgiltig. Lite folk boende på hotellet,"det kan man förstå". Jag kommer inte att bo på det här hotellet igen. Jag kommer aldrig heller boka genom Hotels.com.
