The room I reserved (and paid for) was not available, so I was given a downgrade. I have a bad back and this room had no tub so I checked out without staying. I was charged anyway and the manager has not responded to my 4 messages. Absolutely horrible service across the board here.

Very basic hotel. Room wasn't ready at 5 pm when I tried to check-in. The front desk said they were "understaffed" and that is why the room wasn't ready. Elevator was also out. Stairwells were a bit dirty...probably because everyone had to lug their luggage up the stairs. Room was ok. nothing fancy and bed comfort was just ok. Probably will stay at another hotel my next visit to this area.

It's close to Crater Lake, which is a highlight. Because of COVID, the cafe area is closed off. They do, however, offer a complimentary breakfast and you get in line and choose the items you want. The rooms were clean, but the had just minimal items.

The room was clean and nice, but the problem was in the middle of the night alarm went off in the room next to us and would not stop and kept us awake. Also the icebox in our room kept gargling and sounding like a coffee maker until we finally unplugged it so we could get some peace and quiet. Never did get a good nights sleep. Very disappointing.

New and clean. Personnel where cheerful and professional.

This was a good place for an overnight stay with our 2 dogs on our way to see family for Thanksgiving. Clean and convenient.

Room was a little small but biggest issue was lighting. No lamps just bright flourescent or can lights. Was clean and Quiet with good internet

Very clean, friendly people. One thing the refrigerator was noisy, but it had been turned up to high. I turned it down and the noise stopped. Overall it was a pleasant stay

It was basically a good place to stay at a reasonable price. I like the basic concept. The rooms are small but thoughtfully and efficiently designed with respect to furniture. The lighting system around the bed was creative and unique. It was excellent for sitting up and reading for a while. The best I think of any place where I have stayed in the last few years.

I know it's out of control of the hotel, but there were so many bugs on the area that got into the hotel premises and made spending time in the pool completely impossible. The room was decent.. Beds were a bit uncomfortable.. Breakfast was 'meh"..

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and quiet.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Fitness center not on site, but a local gym with limited hours to 8pm weekdays and noon on the weekends (was a bit disappointing). Breakfast was decent. Hot tub/pool were nice. Overall, nice, newer hotel at a good price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out.

Small rooms but if you only the for te night it’s good. Really the only down side was the breakfast was just ok. Would stay again

everything was great, very clean and very Profesional

Rooms are not at all insulated, we can hear from rooms next to us. Bathrooms were not great either, water did not drain from the was basins.

No shower curtain. Good breakfast. Not very clean lobby elevator

Great hotel on the outskirts of Klamath Falls, very close to a Walmart Supercenter and many restaurants. The room's decor and furnishings were very new and the hotel staff very friendly. Also, this is a convenient location to stay for visits to Crater Lake National Park and Lava Bed National Monument.

Check in was quick, the hotel and our room were nice. Breakfast was about what you would expect.
