Otele giriş yaptığımızda toz alınmadığını fark ettik. Tüm odanın tozunu ıslak mendille kendimiz aldık. Küçük çocuğumuz olduğu için oda servisi çağırarak onu da perişan etmek istemedik. Normal olarak temizliğin müşteri gelmeden önce yapılmış olması gerekmiyor mu?

Arkadaşlar gitmeden önce lütfen yorumları okuyun ve ona göre karar verin 5 yıldız veren ve iyi yorum yapanlar büyük ihtimalle otel sahibinin tanıdığı veya silah zoruyla yapmışlar bence ... gelelim şu saçma otelin berbat ötesi özelliklerine; 1-Otel çok eski gerekli restorasyon çalışmaları yapılmamış odalar nemli ve soğuk ayrıca kokuyor... 2-Odalarda doğru dürüst priz yok. WiFi var ama asla internete girmiyor. Tv kanalları sadece 8 tane. Temizlik ve hijyen denen bir şey yok. Klozetleri sıkıntılı. 3-Süit odada kalmamıza rağmen yaşadık bu rezillikleri ve sorunları resepsiyona iletmemize rağmen ilgilenen olmuyor temizlik istiyoruz yapılmıyor hatta bazen telefonları bile açmıyorlar. 4-Çıkış yapacağımız gün Sabah erken yola çıkacağımızı söylediğimiz halde aracımıza otoparktan hazır hale getirmeyip anahtarı sabah bize verip üstelik bekleterek arabayı nereye bıraktıklarını dahi söylemeden sabahın altısında kendi arabamızı aradık!!! 5- Son olarak eğer yapamıyorsanız yapmayın kardeşim kimseyi parasıyla rezil etmeye hakkınız yok turizm ve otelcilik ilgi alaka isteyen ve insan memnuniyetine dayanan bir sektördür. O kadar parayı hak ettiğinizi düşünüyorsanız yanılıyorsunuz ben hakkımı da paramı da helal etmiyorum!!! O derece sinirli ve olumsuz ayrılmama sebebiyet verdiniz çünkü...
