Welcome to the Tappan: This semi-oceanfront home is specially designed to accommodate one large family or two families. The large “great room”, Dining room, and Kitchen are on the home's second level, affording dramatic views. In addition, there is a spacious King Master suite and a Twin bedroom on both the upper and the lower levels. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The raised “ships watch” lookout area offers spectacular water views and a space for reading or a parlor with a game table. Your enjoyment is not limited to the inside of the home. The house features multiple decks and a screened-in porch for relaxing or entertaining.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries, and restaurants.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries, and restaurants.
