4 BR (2 oceanfront bedrooms, each with King, private bath, direct deck access, and Smart TVs; 1 ocean front bedroom with King; 1bedroom w/2 bunk sets). Third common bathroom. All baths w/showers and double vanities. Hot tub on second floor ocean side deck with breathtaking views of evening sunsets.
