Wonderful

My (now) wife and I stayed here with family after getting married a short distance away on the Kitty Hawk Pier - and Katmandunes was nothing short of spectacular! Check-in was easy, folks are friendly, and the house had everything we needed and wanted to have a relaxing week after a dizzying few days. We love this house and especially the spacious deck for hanging out and watching the sunrise.

Beach house getaway

Great time at this beach house for our family of 7 including kids and grandparents. Well stocked kitchen, BEAUTIFUL views of the water. Management company was great to work with.

Beautiful Location

Upon arriving the stairs into the house are in poor condition and we were a little nervous to use them. The views from the home are breathtaking and having the pleasure of watching the dolphins play just off the beach is a wonderful experience. There were belongings left from the previous guest including clothing and other items on the upstair’s balcony. There were dead bugs in the bathroom downstairs and we noticed a lot of ants in the kitchen and living room area, along with two cockroaches. We have vacationed at the Outer Banks for many years and never encountered cockroaches. We had to wash the front windows when we arrived so that we could enjoy the view. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and the appliances are all new. The furniture was comfortable including the beds. The location of the house on the beach was the best part of this property.
