This is a detached house in a private property, perfect for short and long stays. Renting this property gives you access to a small beach within Skilos Bay (Paralia Skilos) on the island of Kythnos. Please kindly note the house has stairs and it could be challenging for people with disabilities. The house includes a kitchen and a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the common area. You will also have access to the main property's pool. The pool is private. Skilos Bay (Paralia Skilos) is a residential area. It has no super markets or restaurants. All popular/busy areas are about 15-30' away by car. The property is a 25' drive from the port "Merichas".

What a wonderful place!! The ideal place to wind down, relax and enjoy amazing views of Kythnos and the incredibly bleu sea. What a treat to walk down to the little beach to go for a morning swim. Nikolaos is a great host, very responsive and close by when needed but at the same time the house has all the privacy you can wish for. We hope to come back!
