Bare bones, No wifi, No extras in kitchen, a bed no other furniture in bedroom, i dragged a dinning room chair into bedroom for endtable, bathroom were fine bare bones again. No netflix, no prime, had tubi. The area is strewn with childrens toys. The sidewalks to apt is not well lit. All in all it was ok but probably wouldnt go again.
