We had students from arond the world for 14 years,
Bus 31 is close to the house takes you to both university, Bus 7 is walking distance,location is good for part time jobs and walks and shopping
space for cycel in garage,
looking for clean person who wants to study and have fun and respect the home,

No one allowed in the house to go up the stairs at any time
In case your parents or friends they can us the powder room for the toilet sit in the living area and have a meal
But not going up the stairs,even to carry a bag I take it up if its heavy
We some time go on vacation so we want to keep the hosue clean and safe
Daughters some time come over they live far away
No deposit,
We give you 15 days or a month notice if we need the room for our self
No parking on the road and talking for hrs with friends
You can use all the kitchen facilities,
study enjoy and respect the house
