The staff was very generous in kind. The facilities are very clean. I had the ability to wash my clothes. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I needed to do late checkout, and I was able to do it for another hour for 1000 yen. I look forward to my return.

The rooms were dirty, the first room the shower had some residue still on the wall and small chunks of possible hair products. Moved to another room, just slightly less dirty. Staff was absolutely amazing, but this hotel wouldn’t be my first choice.

Staff were supremely helpful and efficient - helping me make local restaurant reservations and generally being above and beyond. The property is conveniently located near the bustling train station as well as the historic arcade street. And of course, the monorail. Clean, comfortable, economical. Great location 2 minutes from train station. The room is too small for two people with their luggage. Bed is too hard and pillows are too soft, so sleeping wasn't very comfortable. There are three coin laundry machines and you can check their status on the room TV which is convenient. Breakfast buffet is great
