The strong points, is the location of the magnificent view of the gorge and the mountains with eagles and vultures flying over you, and the pool that has a diameter of 18 meters for swimming in ozone water.



Guest Access:

All the property is for you and we have the correct size of fences to remain private. Also we have 2 private parking spaces for 3-4 cars.

For your maximum privacy we use a lawn robot. So we don't need to come to the property often to do maintenance. If we need to come (e.g. if the robot gets stuck) we will inform you in advance (if we don't receive a response it will be considered ok)



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very quiet and has interesting things to see and explore like the ancient town and the Gorge. Especially if you go up to the mountain which is 10 mins away from the Villa, with easy degree of difficulty for climbing you will feel to be inside of the clouds.(If there are of course)



We will be glad to tell us if you need something extra for your holidays to our property and we will be happy to provide it.

I am trying every year to invest to my property until i will make my dream to come true, in 2020 i managed to make my dream come true with my property but i am a person that always will make more dreams and is difficult for me to stop the upgrades. I am a person that i do everything for my guests and i want all of my guests to be happy. I try to help my guests to their holidays for all of their needs.

Getting Around:

Famous beach of Balos, Elafonisi & Falassarna is near to the property 30-60 mins. Airport is also 60 mins away, the nearest beach is 10 mins away.

You will get price cost, we have kwh meter for heated pumps. Usually we pay 350-500 euro (It Depend the air Temperature ) to heat 7 days in April at 28-30 Celcious. 1 kw is 25 cents +-3 cent
