Der Gast berichtete über mehrere Mängel an der Unterkunft, darunter:Der Toilettensitz ist unbrauchbar, der Deckel fehlt vollständig.In der Küchenspüle befindet sich ein faustgroßes Loch, unter dem sich ein Wassertank befindet. Die Küche befindet sich Berichten zufolge in einem stark beschädigten Zustand.Eines der Schlafzimmer, vermutlich ein Kinderzimmer, weist einen erheblichen Schimmelbefall auf. Außerdem scheint die WLAN-Steckdose fast abgenommen zu sein.Das WLAN funktionierte während des Aufenthalts nicht.Der Zugang zur Unterkunft war nur durch die Küchentür möglich.Der Gast gab an, Sie am 30. April um 11:00 Uhr zu erreichen, musste jedoch aufgrund der ungelösten Probleme vorzeitig auschecken und fordert nun eine Rückerstattung.Wir haben vom Reisenden entsprechende Nachweise erhalten und beabsichtigen nach unserer Prüfung, dem berechtigten Reisenden eine Rückerstattung zu veranlassen.Bitte legen Sie Nachweise für bereits von Ihnen bearbeitete Rückerstattungen vor.
