Unwind at Kirkwood in this recently refurbished, 2nd floor, lovely studio condo. This superb unit offers a cozy living room with 1 murphy bed and 1 bunk bed, wood burning fireplace and is perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking or mtn biking. Studio sleeps 4. The building also has several commons areas stocked with games and puzzles that can be used to entertain any guests or just relax. A large outdoor deck with BBQ is located in the commons area that can be used when the snow has melted in the spring and summer. The building also has an indoor spa that is heated/operational only during the ski season. Unit also comes with 1 underground, and secured parking space, firewood, ski tuning room, and a coin laundry room. We're happy to assist with any questions and recommendations of activities while you stay in beautiful Kirkwood and nearby Lake Tahoe.

Great stay for small families at a great location
Overall the place was clean and well equipped. The location was great and easy to get in and out. Parking garage is a huge plus. We went there during the summer time and Kirkwood is beautiful, there are many great hiking trails all around. We had a great time.

Fishing Trip
I booked this condo for a weekend fishing trip with my son. The host was very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, nicely updated and very generously stocked with necessities as well as extras. It's in a great central location near all of the excellent fishing and hiking in the area. Parking in the secured parking garage was a bonus as we could leave our fishing gear in the truck without worry. A wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.
