Friendly guest house, with thoughtful touches making it a comfortable and unique place to stay. Breakfast is delicious and cooked exactly to order. Location is ideal, a short walk into the centre of Kirkwall, with amazing views out over the hills. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Good parking. People were very friendly. Comfy beds. Lovely fresh towels. Tea/coffee available. Breakfast was really good. Good choices and a great start to the day. Will definitely stay there again if in Kirkwall.

We stayed a few nights as we looked around the area. Our room was spacious and had all we needed. Eric was very friendly and provided great breakfasts with flexibility. It was easy to talk to others when we wanted, too.

Run by LOVELY people. Very clean. Perfect lounge area where you can use a wee fridge and heat up food in the microwave with plates, utensils, etc. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Easy parking. My only complaint is it is a little farther from the main area with all the shops. However there is a LIDL close by and we had fish and chips close by filled with locals, that was delicious. Staying right down by the shops was a lot more money, so the walk was worth it.
