Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity. There also is no fridge in the room, which means only the hotel cafe had drinks. In a town where almost everything is closed early, i think there should be minimum a mini fridge in the room. Thirsty after 10pm. You can drink the warm water you saved earlier. Overall, it’s a beautiful castle, but they overdo the yoga that is virtually there, and underdo service. In fact, it’s almost no service at all

Man könnte soviel draus machen!

A GO!

A Castle House stay.

GPS took us there,we drove to the top at night, single lane carriageways, extremely easy to miss a turn by just feet, a difficult entrance. Next day, using GPS, no problem exiting, via a different route, it could be done w/o GPS. Office, at night time NEEDS a PROMINENT sign "Office Schlosshotel Kirchberg", because you are in a town square, & have no idea of where "check-in" is. It is an impressive building, well updated & maintained, IT HAS AN ELEVATOR ! The night Manager, from Croatia, was EXTREMELY HELPFUL !

Arnaque
