Enjoy access to a beautiful members only park & BEACH just steps away. Lounge under the retractable awning on a massive deck with a view of the lake. Outdoor dining table, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, loungers. 4K smart TV & high-speed internet. 3-car parking, full kitchen & dining, on-site laundry. A/C & gas forced air. Sleeps 7 3 bdrm/2 bath FAMILY FRIENDLY
The space
Enter in through the inviting front hallway. Large entry closet with many amenities for your stay.

A great location for family fun, a romantic couple getaway, girlfriends week-end even great for a working trip.

We have books and games, cornhole toss available for guests to enjoy. There is free wifi, antenna tv, and your own streaming services available on the roku smart tv.

Three bedrooms await you. The Master queen room with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, bedside tables, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Second Queen bedroom boasts a large closet, full-length mirror, work DESK, comfy chair to relax in.

Third bdrm has a single bed over double bed bunk bed, dresser. Lull the kids to sleep while you sit in the bedside chair and read a book (this room accommodates 3 adults or kids).

Open concept living room/kitchen. Amazing high ceilings and unobstructed view of back yard, keep an eye on kids while making dinner.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Great little place near the Water

The Weekend house was a great place to stay just a few minutes from Kingsville in a little community on the water. The views are great, having a fire place and bbq really made it feel like a weekend house. The birds and wildlife pulls you away from the city life and the house was very well equipped. Sheri was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We will most likely book again.
