Hosting an event? Kings Woods Hall, our boutique on-site venue, is just steps away and can host up to 80 guests. Great for Christmas parties, bridal or baby showers or intimate weddings.

Upon entering this beautifully designed lodge, you'll be captivated by the seamless blend of naturalistic elegance and contemporary charm. The spacious open-concept living area boasts soaring ceilings and wall-to-wall patio doors that flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambience throughout. Good times await in the living room, whether cozied up around the gas fireplace with a board game, relaxing on the sectional watching the 65" smart TV, or enjoying a game of shuffleboard.


The Scandinavian inspired kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, quartz countertops, designated coffee & tea bar, and a large center island, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers comfortable seating for entertaining, with breathtaking views of the enchanting forest just beyond.

The lodge features three uniquely decorated woodland themed bedrooms, each designed with comfort, entertainment and tranquility in mind. The master suite features a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with double vanity & rain-head walk-in shower.

Step outside onto the expansive screened deck, where you'll find a haven for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind and savour a glass of local wine while lounging on the comfortable seating around the gas fire table, get your game on with table tennis or darts, or fire up the Napoleon gas barbecue for an outdoor dining experience! The enchanting forest serves as your backdrop, creating a sense of serenity and seclusion.

The private, fenced yard features a heated in-ground plunge pool, heated outdoor shower, traditional steam sauna, yard games and a large fire-pit complete with Muskoka chairs to enjoy evenings under the stars. Outside the fenced yard is a large grass area great for kids & pets to stretch their legs or for special events. Guests can also cross our rustic bridge to access over 20 area of natural forest for hiking & exploring. 

Situated just outside the town of Kingsville, you'll be centrally located to the region's renowned wineries and less than 10 minutes from the charming town of Kingsville’s gourmet restaurants, cafes, breweries, and shops.

Pool & outdoor shower are open from Easter weekend to Nov 1. The sauna is open year 'round.

The in-ground heated plunge pool measures 8 ft x 15 ft and has a max depth of 4 ft.

The base fee for each reservation includes up to 6 guests. Additional overnight guests must be added to the reservation ($50/guest/night max 8). Special events of more than 8 people total must be approved by the hosts and are subject to additional fees.

Pets (max 2) are welcome but must be added to the reservation. The pet fee is $50 / pet / stay + HST. Please review the house rules regarding pets.

The entire lodge has no steps and is fully wheel chair accessible.


We have plenty of parking. For large trailers or buses we can open a gate to allow drive-thru exits so no turning around is required.

The lodge is located on a 55 acre estate which is shared with 2 other dwellings. The lodge has a separate driveway and is separated with a privacy fence. Guests will have private access to the entire lodge, swimming pool, sauna, surrounding yard, as well as over 20 acres of natural forest.

We are located on a county road just outside the town of Kingsville. Jack Miner Bird Sanctuary, Mastronardi Estate Winery, Colosantis Tropical Gardens, and Kennedy Woods Trails are all located on our road.
