This was the perfect space for a short working getaway. Being able to take breaks to walk down to the lake and through the park trails was wonderful! The space is very well organized and comfortable. If your vehicle is larger than a sedan, parking on the street may be your best bet if you plan to do a lot of driving.

We took the ferry over to Pelee Island and this was an excellent place to stay the day before and after. Very comfortable and spotless. Unit was well located and very well equipped. Would definitely stay again. Owner was great and even gave us a heads up about a ferry change beforehand.

We stayed here for a brief three-day honeymoon and loved it! The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is great— very convenient for visiting the wineries in the area, and a short drive to Point Pelee. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood & great place to stay

Great place with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Modern decor, clean and comfortable. Owners were great at communicating and answering any question before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

First timevin Kingsville Wine Country

Easy check in. The place looks brand new, has everything you will need. Either staying in and cooking as they are fully stocked with all cooking utensils you might need or full laundry facility..Convenient to downtown and wineries are just a short drive away. The only thing I woukd add is Directv or sone sort of canle utensils

Wine Weekend Getaway

Drove up from Columbus,OH USA to check out the North Shore/Kingsville area and to enjoy some local wineries. This place is very nice and perfectly located to everything. Would stay here again!!

True Gem

My fiance and I stayed here for a couple nights last month. We are no strangers to Kingsville, but it was our first time staying here and we were very pleased with our accomodations. The apartment was clean, everything seems newly updated and was well equipped. The location was perfect for a short weekend being so close to town. Blaine was also really great with communicating and making sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely be returning!

A clean, quiet, stylish stay

We really enjoyed this Vrbo, which looked just like the pictures and better. Everything is very new and very well cleaned which I always look for. You can control the heating as needed. It's close to the waterfront parks and piers, and Point Pelee is a short drive away. My only note would be that there was a very strong scented plugin by the front door, and the dish/hand soaps were also strongly scented. If you get headaches easily you might want to bring your own unscented soaps and unplug the device.

I just got back from a 3 night stay at Gem on Prospect. The property was really nice, clean and central to places I was wanting to visit. The host was great to communicate with and even checked in after my first night to make sure everything was ok.

Awesome spot in a beautiful town!

We had the most incredible visit to Kingsville and it was so nice to have a perfectly clean, modern space to come back to at the end of each day. We actually slept like babies - the bed was so comfy!! The spot has everything you need and it's clear Blaine has put a lot of love and care into making it a comfortable space! The location was amazing only a 2 min drive to main street (although an easy & beautiful walk too). Blaine was very helpful with all the info we needed to get into the place and even gave some awesome recommendations for local happenings! We love that! 10/10 would book again and I hope we get to come back soon!
