From start to finish the staff was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The on site staff were so friendly and helpful. I love the property it was clean there was 24 hour security and it is located in close proximity to supermarket, next door to restaurants and 5 minutes from Devon house. I definitely will be staying there again

The property was fine! I had no Internet or tv for two days! The communication was very poor I was moved eventually wasn't a nice experience then when i reach the new property i was outside for about 40 mins because no one bothered to informed them of my arrival 😡

Stay went well but the communication from the property owner is terrible. We paid a security deposit for my husband's stay in February and still have not receieved a refund. We have sent several messages via whatsapp and have been ignored, we can see that they have been online and are simply ignorinh us. No matter how nice a place is, that won't get you repeat business!! Please answer us about our refund?!?!

When i first got there i was skeptical because the front desk didnt have my name even though it was booked on expedia. Luckily, i found the contact number is the confirmation email. Once i called the number, Marsha was more than helpful. Within minutes everything was set. She even accommodated me by given me an apartment on the 7th floor in which the pool and gym is right outside my door and i utilized both. The view was nice. Parking is easy. This property is more like an airbnb apt so you have to get food yourself and if you want you can cook you can. All in All. I loved the place and will be refering people to book immediately.
