no food , no blanquets, in the middle of the night , we went to other hotel , I want my refund back, is incredible 4 stars, and I said to the reception give me a paoer with my check out she refused

This property seemed to be decent from the pictures posted but I experienced something totally different in the very short time I was there. I will not go back to this place. The staff's attitude and room that I was placed in, is just terrible. I could not sleep in the room because it was just infested with mosquitoes. The room is located in an area which seemed like I was walking into a dungeon and it smell like sewer in the hallway. Whoever works at the front desk seem to have an attitude. The manager is never there and no one seem to like answering the phone. Customer service is not their forte.
I didnt like that the room did not come with a refridgerator and its hard to name of the hotel when arrivingat night.
The hotel was okay, nothing to get excited about. The food on the other hand was very disappointing. While it wasn't a bad stay I'll look elsewhere in the future.
It is very convenient right behind the airport . The rooms are big and light . It's not a bad stay compared to a lot of other hotels in Jamaica . The food here is very expensive and not great . And the towels are not clean, or not washed clean .

Well its a good hotel..but the food was scarce..cant find nothing good to eat..prices too high..no breakfast...and they need to fix the ac..otherwise it was a good stay...i will go back

There were lizards in the room the shower was not comfortable bed was hard
The hotel was a great experience for me and my family. It isnt a five-star hotel but the service and staff where great. It gives you a side of Jamaica that is not fully discovered
We will not be back. The pictures online are completely different then in person. We had to ask for wash rags everyday. I had to bathe my 1 year old in the sink because the spout wasn’t working. The food was the same everyday. WiFi didn’t work in the room. The “beach” water was disgusting! Overall our stay was terrible. We will not be back.
Attendant gave room no cable or phone working barely slept better room next day. Staff bar great service👍 Enjoyed buffet and bar good drinks and fish sandwich. Even though rough start will return. Nice view of port.
