Instructions

The property was clean.We needed information on how to operate the Oven. We had to look it up on YouTube to cook breakfast.The pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures.There was not enough supplies at the house. There was only enough silverware for one dinner then you had to wash for the next meal.Could not use the Blue Tooth Speakers but the neighbors on both sides did and of course all the boats with their loud speakers.Not enough dish towels either.We have stayed in other Vrbo locations and this one just didn't have the supplies needed for a large group.We will not return to this location.

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful, there is a lot of traffic with Boat Town Burger Bar but we still were able to fish and catch fish. We walked over and enjoyed a burger too. The pool was nice and warm. We enjoyed our time. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house and spot on the lake!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Plenty of space for adults and kids! The pool was a huge plus and lake access was even better! We were able to take our boats out and we just really enjoyed being outdoors. We will definitely book here again. We know the area well so this was a staycation for us and we all enjoyed! Access to grocery store was just one minute away! Communication with property manager was also great! You will not be disappointed with this place!

Perfect Girl’s Weekend

Exceptional Home

The house was fantastic - from the layout, to the furnishings, to the location and the amenities - all were exceptional. It was great that each bedroom had their own bath as well as having to living rooms so the kids had a designated area as well. The patio area and boat dock were great hang out spots - and you could not beat the view!! Highly recommend this home!

Gorgeous home! Beautiful open water! Perfect Location! AMAZING STAY!

This is our second stay in Kingsland and our second vacation house rental. There are so many things we loved about this house. Let me first say that the rental company is WONDERFUL! Seriously, never had any issues and they were very responsive to any questions I had while there. A little about our group that might help some of you with your trip. There were a total of 11 of us in the house. This included my elderly parents (my dad uses a walker and this house was easy to access everything on the ground floor. He could even go out to watch the kids in pool and watch them fish). My sister and her family (3 kids ages 11, 8, 5months) and my family (2 kids ages 12 and 5 years). I will say if you have a baby and you do not want them to sleep in the bed with you to bring a playset or something for them to sleep in. It wasn't an issue for us, but wanted to make it known. The location is AMAZING! Open water and beautiful sunsets. The house is next door to Boat Town Burger Bar. It's a very cool spot to eat and relax on the open air patio overlooking the water. And this spot brings a lot of traffic in the water (which we loved) watching all of the boats and water craft go by. There’s a grocery store (HEB) right down the road less than a half mile away. And a Gatti Pizza about a mile down the road too, which our kids LOVE. They have a buffet at lunch and an arcade that was fun for hours! Our kids even won a fishing pole at the arcade :) This house had it all. We could tell that the owners must frequent the house often and honestly that is a good thing because there wasn't a thing missing from the house. All major neccessity items where there on top of lots of toys for kids! I want to say thank you to the owners of the house and their kiddos for leaving their toys. You helped make our kids trip even more special. We tried to put everything back where we found it, but I am sure something was out of place. Our kids sure enjoyed it and they played for hours :) I also want to say that we never felt like we were on top of each other. This house has a lot of space and many rooms for you to go and get away if you need some quiet time or want to relax. It was also decorated gorgeous and all decor was high end and perfectly placed. I highly recommend this home and Hill Country Stays for your next rental. My family has memories that will forever be cherished. Thank you! :)

Luxury on the Llano for Labor Day

The description doesn’t begin to do the property justice. If waterfront wasn’t luxury enough the house is directly next door to Boat Town which has 2 restaurants and live music. There’s a grocery (HEB) store less than a half mile away. Perfect spot for 3 families.

Great location

This house is great. It’s missing a few key items, so make sure you pack them if you want them. Iron, ironing board, Kleenex, lotion and regular bowls in the kitchen. Besides those little things, I would highly recommend this house.

This house is perfect! Perfect location, absolutely beautiful, awesome layout, nice comfy furniture, all kitchen utensils, beautiful views! We had such a nice last minute trip to the lake. We would definitely return. The outdoor sofa was broken so we couldn’t use that, but we informed management and we received and apology, Also, we had a boat and couldn’t use the boat slip pictured. I’m assuming private boat in slip? Maybe with ample notice they could remove for you to use? Not sure. But the house is amazing! Food next door and grocery store very close. My husband and I also enjoyed walking in the mornings and then coffee outside near pool. Thank you for sharing your vacation home!
