The pics online are pretty deceiving to be honest. Once you get past the rusted trucks and engine blocks the property is pretty decent. The house was clean and free from bugs as far as I could tell. Overall it was good. I would recommend. The water smelled terrible but that could be normal for that area.

Kindness goes along way

The inside had modern upgrades however all updates were not complete. Please make sure to fully inspect the house before renting out. Cleanliness is part of the overall experience of a rental. Having extra toilet paper and paper towels matter! Thank you
