Although hotel was already paid for when a card was handed over to reception another payment was taken for the room by reception staff! When checking out this was never mentioned and I only noticed due to being overdrawn on my bank account. When I informed the staff of this they stated they were sorry and a refund would take upto 5 working days. I informed then I wasn't happy and I have contacted the hotel twice in regards to this however they have never replied. Absolutely shocking customer service from the hotel and management and little to no correspondence from them at all afterwards.
