South Beach is located in the premier Croatan Surf Club condominium complex. A gorgeous top floor corner unit offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers breathtaking ocean views, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main living and dining areas and an open kitchen with granite countertops, tile floors, stainless steel appliances and a large bar. The open living and dining spaces are nicely decorated and include a fireplace and private oceanfront deck access overlooking the pool and the Atlantic. The two en suites, one king and one pyramid bunk room, feature Jacuzzi tubs in the respective baths. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV and access to the third bathroom from the hall.

Enjoy your morning coffee on your private oceanfront deck while enjoying the beautiful sunrise with your fur baby! Located close to Wright Brothers National Memorial, outdoor skate park, outdoor skating rink, jogging/biking paths, shopping, restaurants, movies, and grocery stores.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

The outdoor heated 28x90 pool and hot tub are open from 04/15/2025-10/15/2025. The indoor 20x20 pool is open year-round.

The bedrooms are located on a hallway that wraps from the living area around behind the kitchen. There are two en suites including a king and a pyramid bunk, as well as a queen bedroom and an additional full bath in the hall.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

The mattresses on all beds need to be upgraded the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishwater and appliances but the real magic is the deck it makes the whole stay worth while
