Beautiful, clean house with “extras”. Owners are very easy to work with, would rent from them again. 10 min drive to beach. Hard driveway for low sitting cars or small SUVS.

This was hands down one of the best VRBO stays we’ve had! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care and thought had gone into every detail. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with a charming nautical beach theme, and felt warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts provided fantastic amenities along with so many thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcomed and at home. Everything was well-stocked, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, five-star beach getaway!

We loved this house and had a great stay at Blue Sea-Esta. Everything was so new and clean and furnished beautifully. I actually want to buy the same sofa in the living room for my own house! The beds were comfy, towels and blankets were the best quality and the amenities were top notch. We enjoyed the big kitchen island for all of our food prep to take with us on the beach and we used the chairs on the balcony deck all the time to sit and enjoy the scenery in the shade. Colington neighborhood is nice and the pool and harbor area is a great spot for the whole family. This house is within walking distance of the harbor. We did use the parking spot down by the road all week because the driveway is a bit steep for our van so the spot down the hill was very nice to have. Vehicles that sit a bit higher wouldn't have a problem. I can't recommend this house enough!! It was perfect! Tina was an amazing host and helped us update our booking dates when we needed to change so she made that very easy. A lot of thought was put into this house and it paid off!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Sea-Esta. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay on the Outer Banks. We loved not having to bring our own beach chairs and umbrella, the coffee bar was great, and the neighborhood was nice. We do suggest bringing bug spray if you plan to be outside, since there were quite a few biting flies around on the deck and on the Outer Banks in general.
