I liked the property, but several things could be done with little cost to owner and would improve stay:
1. Better TV access. Only access was Samsung TV.
2. A small starter stock of toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags.

Excellent experience
Checking was easy and explanatory. Only a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Space opens right up to the back yard which was perfect for our dog to run around in and allowed flexibility. Close to many restaurants and shops. An overall excellent stay. Would definitely rent again.

LOUD renters above w/ 2 large 70 lb dogs.. the people played w/
a ball IN the house back & forth.. one. night they stayed up til midnight talking above normal & didn’t care
About repeated ceiling taps to be quieter… they didn’t clean up the dog piles in the backyard ALL week.. we did w/ our small dog each time… went to use the washer, but there was a lot of mildew & mold inside so couldn’t use that… the chaise lounge was covered in black dog hair from previous renter so guess it wasn’t vacuumed before us & very dusty inside the dresser . We loved the nice quiet neighborhood & rented for the bottom level convenience due to a
Knee injury this trip. Maybe limit dog sizes & amount for upstairs so it’s not so loud below. Otherwise we would rent it again 😃😀
