The kitchen includes essentials, a Keurig coffee maker, a knife set, and an Instant Pot. Use the waffle maker for a delicious breakfast as you watch the sunrise or the ice cream maker to have a fun ice cream sundae night! This north-facing condo at First Flight Retreat offers a private balcony terrace and open kitchen with a convenient distance to beach access and a picnic area. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Family OBX Vacation

Great location, including biking to restaurants/actvities and easy beach access. Enjoyed the game room, fitness center, pool, parking ease, and deck. Kitchen was well-appointed, and the entry way was spacious (plenty of room for shoes, hats, and jackets). Property would benefit from thorough cleaning, to include furniture and carpets (noticable pet hair) and mopping the tile.
