A/C could have been better- kept at lowest setting when we left for the day and when we came back it was mediocre. We stayed in a room tha was located at ground level and in front of building. Did not experience any breakfast items as we ventured out to the local restaurants. Staff did keep us stocked with clean towels and emptied trash.

This hotel was older but redone and now a bit worn but very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good and much better than other hotels we've stayed in.

I loved this place so much that I ended up booking an extra night. My room was spotless. The walls are a bit thin, as it is an old building, but that wasn’t an issue. The hotel backs up to the dunes and it’s super easy to get right onto the beach. This will be the only place I stay at from now on in OBX.

This is a great place to stay that puts you basically right on the beach. It is close to many of the shopping areas and restaurants. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend!
