There is a flat-screen TV in the living room. The bedroom has a King bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing this condo to accommodate up to four people. Enjoy amazing ocean views and Maui sunsets from the Lanai of this unit.

Complex Amenities: Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting on the second Monday of September. This year (2025) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/08/25 and reopening 9/24/25.
