This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We manage many condos at Kamaole Sands, are located within a mile of the resort, and are available 24/7 to our guests. Enjoy the lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler which made beach going easy. A closet full of balls, frisbees and games kept us entertained.

Excellent condo! Beautiful grounds! We had a party of 7 and it fit all of us with plenty of room. Nice to have the loft area for extra space. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai! Parking for the unit was very close to the elevator. Unit is close to the pool area. We had a problem with an alarm going off and our host was very responsive to come over quickly. Love that the property is right across from the beach. We highly recommend this unit!!

We had a great time at this condo in South Kihei on the 4th floor of Kamole Sands resort. It was literally right across the street (easy walk) from Kam-3 beach. Sunset views from lanai. The condo was well provisioned, providing a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Very comfortable for my family of six. Convenient location to explore all of Maui. Would highly recommend!

Great quiet location with quick access to beach, pool and other adventures.

It is a very clean, spacious accommodation with a bathroom for each bedroom. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is easy to access the beach or pool as well as other sites to see such as the road to Hana or other public beaches.

An amazing stay!

We had such a great time staying at this location. 6 friends to celebrate a 40th birthday - and it was perfect! Plenty of space, VERY walkable to the beach and coffee/food, and well-stocked with beach chairs and towels. Matt was super responsive as well. Would highly recommend this spot!

This is a perfect property! The location is beautiful and the property grounds are exquisitely maintained. I have stayed at a number of VRBO properties and this is exactly as described. Check-in was easy and the agents were extremely responsive. There is no better place to stay on Maui!

Nice visit to South Kihei

We had a great time in this condo with our grown children/spouses and grandchild. The place was clean, roomy enough and we were happy with the three bathrooms. Finding a 3-bedroom unit was appreciated- especially with an ocean view. The beach gear was great and we especially appreciated the wagon with all the baby gear. The location on the south end of Kihei was good for traveling to southern beaches without wading through Kihei traffic. We would stay here again.
