Kihei Kai Nani 217 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 2nd floor with garden views that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that this condominium does not offer an elevator. Dine al fresco on your private lanai, taking in the sights and smells of Maui with tropical resort views. Relax in the spacious living room featuring a large flat-screen TV and a Queen-size Murphy bed for additional guests. Just bring groceries to the fully equipped kitchen.

Step inside the bedroom and you'll find a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of storage, and natural light. The bathroom is located right off the bedroom and features a tub/shower combo. Keep cool with the Maui trade winds and ceiling fans throughout, but this unit also has a window A/C in the living room and a portable A/C unit in the bedroom for added comfort. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Kihei Kai Nani features a large sparkling swimming pool with gazebos and lounge chairs for your enjoyment. It also provides an on-site laundry facility, if needed. There are several BBQ grills and picnic tables available for guests to enjoy. This complex is perfectly located in sunny South Kihei, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui's beauty. Very well appointed and clean.

This property was well maintained and kept up. Most everything was up to date and not worn beyond normal use, to be expected. One thing I noticed was the lighting in living area was all overhead and harsh, not great for reading. We put a end table beside couch and a bedroom table light there for our stay and worked great for our needs, then returned light to bedroom when we left. Highly recommend and probably return in the future.

We have stayed in several condo's in Kihei Kai Nani and this is by far one of the best. The layout of the condo was perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and it was one of the cleanest units I have been in.

This condo is in a fantastic location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to the pool. Within 15 minutes drive to other excellent beaches. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a vacation. We got a lot of use out of the beach chairs and umbrella! We also enjoyed the ceiling fans/ AC and the comfortable beds.

Can’t wait to go back!

This is our 3rd time staying at Kihei Kai Nani (our favorite condo complex!) and this was the nicest, most updated unit we’ve stayed in! The location of this unit was great too, right between the beach and the pool making it a very short walk to either. The Murphy bed is EVERYTHING and such a fantastic use of space in these units. Plenty of awesome beach gear like sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, and coolers. We also greatly appreciated having a washer/dryer and that laundry pods were provided as were dishwasher pods. If I were being overly critical, the couch is very small which didn’t leave much room for us to relax in the evenings. A couple convenience features would also be lovely additions like a keypad entry (I was always worried we would lose the key at the beach) and an extra blanket or two. We would stay here again and again! Mahalo!

Just as described, came with beach stuff including masks/fins. boogie boards and chairs. No issues with checkin. Roosters do tend to be a bit loud but I guess it is more common now in Maui.

Great stay lot of good amenities

Great and close to the amenities including restaurants and shops and also beaches The apartment is well stocked and have lots of needed amenities like cooking utensils and also beach equipment like cooler and boogies boards and chairs Love the place especially the Murphy bed which is a nice touch. Finally the additional space compared to standard units was good
