Remodelled and upgraded with granite countertops, new cabinets, and stainless appliances… Sugar Beach #113 is perfect for your tropical vacation. - Plan to enjoy direct, sandy, beachfront access from your private lanai. Perfectly situated for stunning views and amazing convenience. Beach access path is just a few feet away. Pool and recreation area are just beyond that and easy access to covered parking.

This home has central air conditioning for those warmer summer nights and maybe also those days that you might have gotten a bit too much sun. Find all you will need during your stay including Smart TV in the living room for movie nights, kitchen utensils and cookware for meals in, as well as beach chairs and beach towels for chill days enjoying the ocean. Sleeper sofa offers additional sleep space to accommodate up to 4 guests total.

Cal King bed with plush linens is roomy and cozy at the same time. A large sliding door can separate the bathroom from the sleeping area or open it and make it fully en suite. Fantastic property with a fantastic view just steps from the beach

We were very pleased with our stay there. We were a little worried about being near the pool, but even with a pool full of kids, we couldn’t even hear it. The back porch is steps from the beach, beautiful views every morning the furniture was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. There is a rental shop on site so that was super convenient and a restaurant bar although we didn’t eat there. There are comments and reviews about a broken sliding glass door, but that got replaced with a beautiful smooth sliding new glass door. Don’t park in the main parking lot to the left of the big wheel, parking under the two level parking structure on the right side of the property to be closer to the condo. if I had to search for something to complain about the hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot, but I think that’s more of a building problem than an individual unit problem

Awesome waterfront property

This was a great place to stay. Located on the first floor, next to the pool, and the beach. The beach was literally 20ft from the patio area. Its located in a good area with lots of places to eat and plenty of attractions. Its also located in the middle of the island so getting anywhere was easy and only 15 min from the airport.

Maui vacation

I wanted to love this condo at the Sugar Beach Resort as we have stayed in different condos there and had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, the sliding glass door to the lanai was broken and could only partly be pulled open with excessive force by my husband. We had about one foot of opening to use. When I contacted the rental company, I was told that the maintenance team could not fix the problem as it required extensive repairs. I think someone did come in and spray lubricant on the tracks because it was somewhat easier to open a few days later. But it sounds like this was a known issue given a guest review from 2/2/24. I was very disappointed that the door was not fixed before our visit. Another issue was a broken dining room chair. The seat was taped to the frame with clear packing tape. The other chairs were taped together as well. My last issue was that the bed was way too soft. The location of the condo was wonderful and the kitchen was nice. I just expected more for the price of the unit. We won’t be staying in this unit again.

Love Sugar Beach Resort, stayed many times. Unit was clean but throw rugs in bath, kitchen were very dirty. Water leaked into living space by sliding door during rain storm. Sliding door was very hard to open, definitely needs to be addressed. Unit was well equipped in kitchen. Large stain on living room rug.

Great value in Maui!

Sugar beach is a great value making for affordable Maui travel. It’s close to beautiful beaches and fun activities! The unit had what we needed- but could have used a few more towels, better knives/kitchen tools, cleaning products (a broom, specifically) etc. but overall considering the low price, it met our expectations.

a Gem on Sugar Beach

a perfect location being a condo facing the ocean on the corner. walking out on the lush lawn and steps from the beach. the pool is so close. The condo is perfect for a family of 4. Highly recommend this condo. Walking distance on the beach to Shave Ice, Sugar Beach Bake shop and an ABC store.

nice updated condo

The weather we had was a bit disappointing for Maui but the condo was very nice, clean, updated and comfortable. It had a small kitchen table which was nice. It had everything we needed and everything was in working order. I was especially pleased it had sufficient amount of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent and a clean sponge for our 10 night stay. There are beach chairs, beach towels and cooler for use. There is plenty of sunscreen now because we left some and I'm assuming other guests have too. It was nice it has a small table and chairs. Other units only have bar seats. Management was very responsive. The only problem I had was the hairdryer was not working and when I called management they brought a new one to the unit that same day. Being on the ground floor was much easier to load and unload and nice to walk out the patio door to see the beach. Although, you still have to lock the patio door from the inside, so everyone cannot go out the slider. The only possible downside I see is the bed is very soft. If you need a firm mattress, this probably isn't the unit for you. I would stay her again.
