For the sun worshiper South Maui is the driest, hottest, and most popular coastline on the island. One glance at the 180 degree view from this beautiful, tranquil spot with its spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Koa Lagoon and you know you have the perfect spot for your vacation.

The view encompasses not only the surf but an area of overwhelming beauty of swaying palms and tropical flowers. We are located 15 minutes from Kahului Airport and just minutes to wonderful restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

There are touches of Hawaiian art throughout and beautiful appointed island furniture. It is relaxing and quiet; not the feeling of the touristy, larger resorts. From the wind protected swimming pool to quiet walks on the beach you will enjoy endless hours.

If you vacation here during whale season, (roughly Dec - Apr.) you will enjoy viewing these giants from your own lanai and enjoy the gorgeous Maui sunsets with island style appetizers from your 5th floor lanai also. Take the time to watch these spectacular sunsets on a daily basis.

The condo and lanai are non-smoking with a large Living/Dining room area and spacious master bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped for a gourmet chef so bring your favorite cookbooks if enjoy you cooking.

We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful condo. Everything in the description was spot on. The views were amazing and the pool was so private and secluded. Having the beach chairs and snorkeling gear was a great bonus. We did not rent a car but looked forward the walk on the beach to town for any groceries or great restaurants. We saw turtles and seals almost every walk home at sunset sunning on the beaches. Will definitely return to this condo. The balcony was so private as well. Great spot for anyone who wants to stay off the beaten path yet so close to everything. Mahalo

On the main road but quiet, Koa Lagoon gave us all we expected at a nice price. Easy parking, convenient location no affected by flooding earlier, enough space for us four, great sunset viewing from the lanai, AC if needed. Bedroom screen windows need attention.

Exceptional view from the deck and nice, clean space. Comfortable beds. AC window units in bedrooms are a little loud. Well-stocked kitchen. Close to good snorkeling beaches. Enjoyed our second annual visit to this condo. Good price for fair accommodations, and property manager was great just as last time.ONLY issue is the two bedroom air conditioners. They are much worse than last year. Very noisy and it sounds like they are at the end of their usefulness.

The beachfront lanai is so beautiful for sunsets and eating your meals. Plenty of towels for pool and beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Quiet but located close enough to drive to shopping within 5 minutes. We had no trouble parking. Would recommend to others.

This location is beautiful. The view from the lanai is spectacular. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The condo was spacious for our family of four. Location is a short drive from "downtown" Kihei and all the best beaches. The beach in front of the property was lovely for walks. We even came across a sea turtle on the beach one day! We did not go swimming out front but could see others did. A drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits would be a good addition. We loved it.

Great place for Whale watching

We stayed here in February. We could have just stayed on the property and saw everything we came see. From the 5th floor (Took the elevator) we were able to see many whales everyday from the balcony. The kitchen we fully stocked (Didn't see too many bowls for cereal) for all our meals and family to eat. Many beach toys in the closet and the beach chairs were my favorite. I would stay here again every time I come to Maui. Thank you for the great place.

Wonderful Condo!

I booked this vacation for me and my children of which both are young adults. This condo accommodated all of us perfectly and had all the provisions as far as gear to enjoy snorkeling and laying out on the beach below. The condo itself was clean and beautifully maintained. We had a great time!

The main drag through Kihei is crowded. This peaceful unit is a short distance away…

I would stay here again! It was a perfect place for my family. We started each morning with coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach/ocean waves and ended each day on the balcony watching the sunset. It had all the necessities we needed to fix breakfast, lunch and a few dinners (we ate out too). It was quiet and peaceful and close to great restaurants. I would recommend checking out Fred’s Mexican Cafe. We parasailed in Lahaina and swam under waterfalls on the Road to Hana (recommend both!) and, of course, hit up several beaches. There are several beach items for use in the condo, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel masks, coolers, kids’ sand toys, boogie boards, etc. The location of this unit is perfect. And for the price, it’s hard to beat. Highly recommend.

Great family holiday stay

Location and view across the ocean is awesome. Apartment is set up with everything you need for a great beach holiday, we especially appreciated the beach chairs which we put to good use. Recommended.
