Home away from home

A great place for a family vacation. The property is as advertised, beautifully landscaped, great location, clean and well stocked. Property management company is prompt and responsive. The only negative point is the second bedroom is actually a den, quite small with no windows. Nevertheless, we had a great time.

Fantastic unit to stay in!!

We had an amazing stay here. The place had everything we needed, and was really clean and well maintained. The patio area is fantastic for sitting outside! Stayed here with my wife and our 3 yr old daughter, who loved the pools in the complex also!

Great Place to Stay- Highly Recommended

Well, what can we say. The condo was just what the doctor ordered. From the moment we booked, Christine was there to answer any questions and concerns. The check in was fast and simple and the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived was top notch. The unit had everything we needed from household items to beach accessories. We packed things that we did not need to as the unit had them. We have been to Maui many many times and I would highly recommend this unit. Thanks for making our stay feel like home.

Winter Holiday 2023

Great stay. Place was fantastic and location is great. Only a couple things we would change if we could. Air conditioner being on a timing is a pain. Not a lot of natural light, but great walkout patio. If our kids were younger and carrying lots to the beach, it is a bit of a hike with the hill. Overall small things when staying in paradise.

Truly a home away from home!

We loved everything - hosts were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, quiet, cozy and very well equipped. A few minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the world. I'd love to come back one day.

Another Kihei getaway

Love this area! Lots to do within walking distance or a short drive. Quiet, tropical, five minute stroll to the beach each morning to see turtles. Then back to the lanai to enjoy the birds and shade. This unit is well equipped with great AC, or just open the doors and enjoy the tropical climate. Kitchen has everything and even a few generous extras that some don’t. Plenty of pool towels and beach toys. We will be back!

Great Condo, grounds & location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property where host is super responsive, helpful & provided the details that guests would want during stay including beach chairs, beach towels, & cooler! The ground level lanai that seats 4 we used everynight. Pool area & lush grounds like a resort. 3 beaches walking distance along Kihei road along with shopping & restaurants. Great location. We would stay again.

Perfect condo in paradise

Wonderfully appointed clean condo in Kihei with access to beaches and nicely designed pool. I’ve stayed in Maui several times and I’d say this is the best condo I’ve rented.

Beautiful clean unit

My family and I (our 4 year old and 6 year old) stayed in the unit for over a week. It was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The family pool is just across the parking lot, great for the kids. The property management company was easy to work with and addressed any of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. There is no ocean view but the unit is within walking distance to the main road and public beach, even the kids could do the walk (may be a bit too far to walk if you are carrying a lot of beach gear). Was a lovely unit to stay in!

Nice location and complex

Nice little condo, second bedroom is very small with no window, closet or dresser - good for kids. Parking is great. Complex and pool are very nice. AC is ok but set high. Warm overnight/sleeping. Great patio area. Maui Kamaole complex is well maintained and close to the boat launch. Top floor residents are noisy walkers. Unit came equipped with chairs, beach toys and starter supplies, which was great.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family really enjoyed this vacation. As mentioned in other reviews, the unit is packed with beach equipment, making our stay more fun (for the kids) and comfortable (for the adults). We would definitely love to come back.

Great Location

The Condo and owner were tremendous. Excellent location for evening sunset walks. Pools and spas were very convenient and clean. Had all the necessary needs for both the condo and beach play! Only drawback we had was Vacasa management company did not supply enough washing machine/dishwasher tabs or trash bags for our length of stay and would not replenish. May want to bring your own. Great stay!

Best location, best stocked condo

This condo is beautifully appointed, fully stocked with everything you need for beach days from towels, sand toys, chairs, boogie boards, you name it—and fully stocked kitchen. The lanai is stunning. The complex is located across from several beautiful calm beaches, pools are much better than expected. Washer and dryer are a lifesaver. Will definitely return to this specific condo and highly recommend, especially with children of any age. Owners were responsive, understanding, and helpful. Repeat visitors to Maui on the beach described this complex as “gold” compared to other options nearby. Can’t recommend it enough! Quick distance to Wailea for amazing restaurants, and wonderfully located for walking or a 1 minute drive down the hill to beaches.

Beautiful Vacation Condo

Stayed here for a week with family and was very comfortable. As soon as I we arrived I noticed how Immaculate the home is kept. Beds very comfortable. Furniture clean and comfortable. NO carpeting! Plenty of beach gear, chairs,towels,boogie boards. Lower level, was nice not having to climb stairs with all that stuff. Awesome patio in back with small private lawn. Short drive to beaches, restaurants, food store, shops. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

Where to begin. Check-in was poorly managed. Access code was never emailed prior to arrival, leaving us locked out upon arrival. No live bodies on premises to assist. Called property manager and got a voicemail. Finally got a call back and gained access approx an hour after arrival. The mini-split A/C unit in the master bedroom was not working. Unit was finally partially repaired on the forth day of five-night stay but remote controls that allowed setting temp for both master and second bedroom mini-splits were missing, which meant that neither unit was ever able to adequately cool the respective rooms. Also, both units were on dial timers that only lasted about five hours, so around 3:00am the units shut off completely, which meant you woke up sweating and had to get out of bed to reset the timer. The timers are noisy to set so it woke my spouse and son every night. It's just unacceptable to have a non-functioning A/C system in a tropical climate. Also, the owners offered no concession after communicating all the issues we were experiencing. Other things to note: it's a first floor unit so you get noise transmission from second floor when it's occupied and ocean views are quite limited. On the plus side, the kitchen was well appointed, there was a generous sized TV that worked well, nice patio off the main living area with table and chairs suitable for meals as well as sun loungers. Location is very good with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and it's walking distance to a nice beach.

Simply put, we’ve been returning to the same condo for 7 years…most relaxing and place on earth!

great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean. Comfortable beds. Made good use of the chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location for exploring the island. Saw lots of turtles at Kamaole III beach right across the street.

Great location—very nice apartment

This was perfect for our family of four — especially for the price. 7 minute walk to Kamoa 3 beach, which is very nice. Short drive to. Dozen beautiful beaches. Very clean and well supplied and plenty of room. Second bedroom small but fine. Highly recommended.
