This one bedroom condo with a Garden View, is located near the pool in the upper complex and has beautiful decor throughout the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has spacious counter tops with new kitchen cabinets. The living room has a great TV with sofa sleeper, for extra sleeping room. In the bedroom there's a queen bed with an updated bathroom. Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. Inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioners in the bedroom and living room. Outside of the unit you'll find BBQ Grills, Gas Grills, Outdoor Showers, Shared Pools, Tennis Courts, pickleball, and direct Beach access!
The condo features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
