This condo was professionally decorated by an interior decorator with Hawaiian style, and has Hawaiian patterns and artwork throughout condo. There's a King bed in the bedroom and Queen hide-a-bed in the front living room. The kitchen cabinets are spacious with an extra wrap around countertop for additional space. All of the Hawaiian styled bed covering was made and sourced locally. There is tile flooring throughout entire condo, and the full Kitchen is complete with: Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster and all the necessary Cookware. For your convenience there are several Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, In-Room Safe, and an iPod Dock. Outside you can expect to find a lanai with furniture to enjoy a meal in the sun. Around the property you have access to: BBQ Grill, Gas Grill, Outdoor Showers, two Shared Pool, Tennis courts, and direct Beach access.

We’d definitely stay at this condo again. It’s so close to the beach. The pool is just steps away, (although it isn’t heated.) The unit is comfortably furnished. There’s a great stash of beach equipment in a special closet. We enjoyed staying on this ground floor because of its private patio area. We enjoyed this location in Maui. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Unit 131 Hale Kameole

A bit dated but . very functional and clean, Nice supply of boogie boards, fins, snorkles and masks and beach chairs. Well equipped kitchen but the owner should spend one day's rent and replace frying pans and get a couple of decent knives and a proper cutting board. Check in easy, nice proximity to pool. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We loved our stay here. It was immaculately clean, came with all the amenities including in-unit laundry, plus boogie boards and snorkel gear and we loved the decor (very Golden girls in the best way). It has beautiful ocean views right outside the door and proximity to great beaches, restaurants and groceries. The property also has two pools which we used either in the morning to start the day or in the evening to cool down and relax. We also loved the that it was on the ground floor and had a patio with table and chairs, which we used for having coffee in the morning, relaxing at night or easy access to the pool. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Great stay

All cooking utensils needed were available in the unit. The condo was clean, spacious and a very short walk down to a beautiful stretch of beach. Additionally the unit had a number of beach items for us to use. I would 100% recommend this unit.

The location is wonderful. We loved being able to walk to multiple beaches and restaurants. We used both pools and loved the views of palm trees, birds, and geckos. The unit was tidy and pretty comfortable. It is in need of a deep clean, the fan and wicker had a thick layer of dust. Additionally, we called about the light being out in the bathroom and it wasn't addressed during our stay so we had to move a lamp in. The dishwasher is also falling out of its placement, so when you are loading the bottom rack it may just fall all the way out, which is cumbersome. Overall we had a great stay and would go back.

Great location and perfect home-away-from-home

Hale Kamaole is a perfect condo for a Maui escape! The location across from Kamaole III is perfect to be able to bounce back and forth from beach to condo. Great distance from Kihei Rd so traffic noise not an issue. I did not rent a car while here and it was not a problem with location. Close to Hawaiian Moons Natural Grocers for healthy shopping options (and Foodland grocery store delivers so no worries about heavy or frozen items) and restaurants are close by if you want to dine out. This is one of the best appointed VRBOs I have ever stayed in and it was a great home for the time I rented it (2-1/2 months total, Nov 2020-Jan 2021). There is a drying rack, rice cooker, crock pot, and tons of kitchen tools for cooking at home. Very comfy bed and linens. Loved the close proximity to pool and Nathan in the office was very quick to respond to any issues, not that there many at all (if you can't get wifi to work initially, check router to make sure it's plugged in). Very clean unit! I would definitely rent this unit again for a long-term visit and highly recommend staying here, even for a short stay. Mahalo!
