Great condo! Great location!

The condo was recently renewed, everything was brand new and very nice. Very well equipped. The location is amazing. Our host, Anitta, was more than great, replied always super well and fast. (Thanks again for everything!) This is our third time in Maui and we would definitely go back to Anitta´s Condo.

The condo was very clean with several unlisted amenities, which was nice. We had some trouble getting the tv working however, as the remote was not an LG for an LG TV. Location was great and the grounds were immaculate. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was comfortable, exactly as described and we had no issues during the stay. Great hosts! When we had questions for the host, we received a response within hours, which was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It also had a well stocked kitchen and all the beach equipment one would need. Definitely recommend, and would be happy to return!

Nice and Cozy place to stay

It was a great condo to stay in, and also Kamaole Sands was a well managed property! The condo was clean and nice. It had A/C in the bedroom and living room, updated Kitchen and cozy living room. It had two bathrooms which was really noce to have! All in all great stay!

Wow!!!

Everything was as advertised, or better. We really liked the vibe of Kihei / Wailea. We got a few messages from the owner in the weeks before or trip. A few days before our check-in we got all the info we needed. Once there, everything was perfect. Can't find one bad thing to say. They thought of everything. Mahalo !!

Wonderful location & property

We had an amazing stay at Annita's place. The unit was in perfect condition and a great spot near the pool. We loved the location right near Kamaole but also just minutes to Wailea. Annita was very communicative in the days leading up to our stay and throughout, which we appreciated.

Beautiful

We loved the accommodations, it had everything we needed except tall chairs for the beach. Due to mobility issues we purchased tall beach chairs which we left for any others who may need them in the future. The grounds were like visiting a well manicured garden which was a joy to wander through. Sitting on the lanai to watch the sunset through the palms and gardens through to the ocean was stunning as was watching the moon and stars above the gardens at night. We also loved the longer hours the pool was open a took advantage of them almost every night. The proximity to Kamaole 3, being right across the street was perfect for morning and afternoon walks to the beach to swim and relax. The proximity to other beautiful beaches to explore and snorkel at was also perfect for us. We were close to wonderful restaurants like Isana for the best sushi I’ve ever had, or for shopping for food or treasures was perfect. We barbecued on the Webber barbecues often and never had to wait and enjoyed many a meal on the lanai. A couple of more chairs for the inside table would be a good addition as we had my sister and husband over for dinner and had to use deck chairs. The staff was polite and friendly and always busy keeping part of the place beautiful, clean and safe. The night security were awesome even reacting to a problem occurring off site protecting the site till it could be dealt with. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely make it a first choice on returning. Beautiful! Welcoming

We had a wonderful experience at this property during our stay. Easy to get there, great accessibility to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Annita was very helpful with her messages that helped us to get settled in. The resort was very well maintained and all staff were very friendly. We would definitely come back again!

So glad we stayed here!

My husband and I were on a vacation in Maui for 5 days. When I first saw this listing I liked it the most over all of the others I had seen and neither I nor my husband were disappointed. The complex is about a 30 minute easy drive from the airport. Instructions on accessing the gate and where to go once we got there were very clear and spot on. The building location was perfect as it is central within the entire complex and right next to the pool and fitness center but also had decent ocean views from the balcony. Having two bathrooms was great and they were both very nice, particularly the en suite bathroom. Loved the rain shower head! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and was very comfortable as well. Havin an A/C in the master and also in the living room was really great too. The grounds were kept immaculate and the complex is a very easy and short walk to the beach and to the main drag in Kihei where the restaurants and shopping are located. Parking was easy with an assigned space for us and there was never an issue with someone parking in our spot. I would absolutely stay at this facility and in this particular condo again in a heart beat!

Close to the beach

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo that is close to the beach and restaurants, and I must say that it was an absolutely delightful experience. The first thing that struck me was how clean and newly renovated the condo was - it felt like I was the first person to ever stay there! The furnishings were tasteful and modern, and everything was in pristine condition. One of the best things about the condo was its location - it was just a short walk away from the beach, and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Whether I was in the mood for seafood or just a quick bite to eat, there were plenty of options to choose from. It was so convenient to be able to stroll down to the beach or a restaurant without having to worry about transportation. The resort itself was also in excellent shape. The grounds were well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of amenities to enjoy, including a pool and fitness center, and I always felt like I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. All in all, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and convenient place to stay near the beach and restaurants. The location, amenities, and overall atmosphere were top-notch, and I can't wait to come back again soon!

Lovely gem in Kihei

Excellent property! The place was perfectly located for a romantic stay on Maui. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed for beach days and exploring the island. Resort amenities were also great, and everyone was very friendly.

This is a very nice condo. Completely redone to modern finishes . Annita was quick to respond to any questions. Danielle the property manager was very good to work with when we had an issue with the air conditioning. Already booked for next year !

Condo near Kam III

We liked this condo a lot. It was pleasant and quiet at night. We enjoyed the pool, the barbecue areas, our lanai, and preparing most meals in the condo. Beach chairs and a functioning beach umbrella were used daily. Annita was a very thoughtful hostess. We had no complaints. Mahalo and Aloha.

Perfect Maui Rental

The condo is spacious clean and has all that you need for your perfect Maui vacation! The landscaping is very nicely done and Kamaole Sands is very well located for the beach, restaurants, and shopping as well.

Nice Place for Quick Trip

The entire process was painless, but the sheets didn't appear to be cleaned prior to our stay. Luckily there were extra sheets so that was a non-issue. Close to the beach with a nice patio to relax on every night.

Maui paradise

We arrived after 9 hours of flights, tired and hungry. As soon as we opened the front door we let out a sigh of relief. This was gonna be a perfect home away from home and we knew we could relax. Very clean and welcoming. Perfect location being right across from Kam 3 (a top Maui beach). If we ever have a chance to return to Maui, we'll stay at Anita's condo again! Thank you ♥

Fantastic resort feel!

Loved our stay at Kamaole Sands. Great location, well laid out unit with everything you need for a beautiful week away. Owner was very responsive when we reached out and the property manager was as well. Pool area could have more umbrellas which I understand is a decision for all owners of the complex. Gardens are well maintained and just gorgeous. Quiet and peaceful with all the birds. Loved my morning coffee out on the patio. We would love to return in the future! Thank you Annita!

All around great place.

The location is great. Across the street from the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. The condo has everything you would need for the beach! We used the cooler daily. Whether we were going to be beach or for our many road trips. The owners really thought through all of the details. We didn't cook in but, it looked like it was very well supplied. The check in process is easy and communication with the owners was quick. We would stay here again for sure. Mahalo

Excellent stay

The condo is sparkling clean and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation (beach chairs, towels, boogie board, noodles, ice packs). The washer/dryer were a life saver and worked well. The Tempurpedic bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We slept soundly every night. We did not cook but it the kitchen seemed well stocked. I appreciated the coffee pot and ample supply of coffee. The balcony offers lovely views of the grounds and beach. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Location is excellent! It is right across the street from a beautiful beach with a life guard on duty. The condo is also walking distance from many restaurants and shops. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We will definitely stay here again!
