This beautifully remodeled DELUXE condo is appointed with high-end finishes and has full AC throughout. California King Beds and Smart TVs are featured in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom, an airy loft with a privacy curtain that can be pulled across the width of the loft, features two twin beds and a private balcony. The living room features all new furnishings, a 60 inch Smart TV (with Streaming Spectrum Cable) and a large sliding door that walks out onto the spacious lanai (patio).

What sets Koa Resort 2A apart is the space! This unit is the largest floorplan in the complex, making it the perfect spot for you and your guests to spread out, while still enjoying one another's company. This vacation home has BRAND NEW Split-air Air Conditioning cooling every room of the home, and ceiling fans throughout. The lanai opens up to a beautiful grassy area and the swimming pool is just steps away from your unit.

We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a cooler and an umbrella for your trips to the many beaches up and down the shore! Kalepolepo Beach and ancient Hawaiian fish pond are located just across the street. Sugar Beach is about a mile to the north and stretches another 4 miles to Maalaea. To the South, we have the Kamaole Beaches and all of the beaches that span the Wailea coast.

If you like to barbeque, there are three located at the cabana, just down the walk-way. While waiting for your lunch or dinner to grill, be sure to enjoy a game of ping pong! If you're a tennis or pickleball player, we have private courts just for our owners and guests. We also have a shuffleboard court next to the Large HEATED Swimming Pool (one of the biggest pools in the area) and a hot tub.

Restaurants are plentiful in the area! Our favorites in the close vicinity include (but are not limited to) Coconut's Fish Cafe, Roasted Chiles (the Langostino lobster enchiladas are SO GOOD), Nalu's, Ekolu, and DaKitchen (IYKYK). Other favorites in Kihei/Wailea: Tommy Bahama Bar and Grill, Mulligan's (good food but AWESOME entertainment throughout the week), Pint & Cork, 808 Deli and Cafe O'Lei. That's only a short list, of course. There's also Maui Brewing Company and Waikiki Brewing Company if you're a fan of craft beers!
