This charming, one bedroom condo gives off the vibe and atmosphere of a cozy island haven, rather than a vacation rental in a resort. The entryway greets you with an “Aloha” sign and a reminder to remove your footwear – as it is customary in these islands. As you step into the living room, you’re treated to stylish furnishings and warm, welcoming décor. Open the lanai door, and you’ll walk right into our resort’s well-manicured lawns with Kamaole Beach Park just across the street. The full kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, four top stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishware, cookware, and even a spice rack. Sleeps up to 4 with 1 queen bed and 1 air mattress.

The seaside town of Kihei is perhaps one of Maui’s most underrated vacation destinations. While many travelers opt for the pricey, mega resorts in Kaanapali and nearby Wailea, Kihei offers a more affordable and diverse Maui experience. Kamaole Sands, located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, is among Kihei’s most highly-rated and popular condo resorts. And for good reason. Along with its beautiful gardens, fountains, and ponds, Kamaole Sands offers a pool area, hot tub, tennis courts, and a weekly Mai Tai reception.

Kamaole Sands 10-106

Kitchen was well stocked. Could improve on providing of essentials, such as TP, trash, bags, dishwasher, soap, paper towels, etc.. Unit is aging and could use some upgrades /paint. Unit was overpriced but overall good stay and would book again.

Nice location but found the unit very cluttered in the main area. The sofa bed was broken so thankfully our guest didn’t end up visiting. The lanai was super small and hard to even walk around the table that was there. Bedding felt like hospital bedding. Thin sheet and thin blanket. Kitchen was well stalked for cooking and such. I think if the fake plants were all removed And they replaced the couch with a new comfortable sofa bed it would make a huge difference.

Nice Island Getaway

We rented this property for a week in February. The condo was nicely decorated, location great and the lanai had a partial view of the ocean. One of the burners on the stove didn't work but all in all, the other appliances were updated and functional. Be sure to purchase your own cleaning products to sanitize the kitchen and bathrooms and food wraps. They were not provided. Other than that, we were very happy with this location. We plan to rent this property again hopefully next year!
