We really enjoyed the view from the balcony of C303. The winds during our stay kept the room cool so we never considered using AC. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for us to use. The bed and furniture was comfortable. We didn’t watch a lot of TV but the standard package was adequate.
We have stayed at this complex several times and enjoy the location and property grounds. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Well stocked (except forks), loved having carpet in the bedroom. Bed could have been more comfortable and bedroom was stifling hot which we could not cool down. Lana’i had a nice view. Unfortunately we were there during the storm so we had no hot water for 3 days, no cable/internet or elevator for 5 days, the pool & BBQ were closed for a few days as well but we were able to use a lighter to start the gas range during the power outage. The office was closed as well so other than one response from MPP when we contacted them about the outage, we relied on the office to post signs to update us. We never heard from MPP again. The free activities are okay for first timers, we didn’t use any offers due to weather and we have done many activities. You only get one free admission per activity so you have the cost of any additional people. Overall this was a great unit and would likely stay again.
