The check inn took forever. Our room was crooked, felt like a hill from the door to the corner of the room. The bathroom was full of spiders and limescale. The carpet looked dirty. The crib was poked holes in the sides. Nice staff.

Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall. Also, the hotel provided a free coffe and bus pass if guest want to see the city throughout the duration of your stay.

Easy to stay at hotel 1 block from the train station. A little cramped but clean and staff spoke adequate English and were helpful when needed. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Close to all public transport. Take advantage of the 9 E pass to use most public transit in Germany while you can. That's quite a help to satisfy your wanderlust.

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly but not overly friendly. Possibly because I did not speak German. Overall I would stay here again. Clean, good location, great breakfast.

Great place to stay and very clean. Great location but it a bit noisy at night because of the traffic. But I would stay here again but request a room on the inside not facing the street.

Great hotel with bonus access to the spa!

Very good hotel - excellent friendly service. Clean and tidy and great boost having access to a very large new spa nearby. Breakfast good. Very close to the station and harbor area.

Good but customer service could improve.

Most of the staff were very helpful, all had good English but sometimes came across as rude. Very good location and a good european style Breakfast. Asked for a wake up call and it never came! Quality of rooms very good, but rely on your Alarm as wake up call failed.
