Within walking distance, you can find the UK's newest racecourse -Ffos Las, Glyn Abbey Golf Course and the Woodland Trusts' Coed Ffos Las. Pembrey Country Park and the market town of Carmarthen are also just a short drive away! This is an ideal location to explore the surrounding countryside, beaches and castles!
There is ample private parking available for 2 cars directly in front of the property.
Living room – Living room has cosy corner sofa, 55" 4K television, Ultra HD blu-ray player and Playstation 4. There is also a selection of books and board games available.
Kitchen – overlooking garden. Equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
1st Floor Bathroom - Family bathroom with wash hand basin. toilet and bath.
Downstairs toilet - with toilet and hand basin.
