This contemporary cottage in popular Oceanwoods neighborhood (429 Sea Lavender Ct) is in a serene, yet central, location and combines charming coastal atmosphere with all the modern conveniences. Kiawah's award winning beaches are only about 225 yards away and with a short bike ride you can easily get to Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary Hotel, and golf and tennis too! The property has plenty of outdoor living space, high speed wireless internet, and parking for up to two cars in the driveway. The master bedroom suite has a comfy king sized bed and a beautifully renovated bathroom , there is a queen suite with a stunning renovated bathroom, the third bedroom has two twins. and there is a third full bath in the hallway, also recently renovated.
This vacation rental property is great for those who have trouble with steps as there are only a few leading up to the front door. It has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).

We had a great time at the rental house, it's about a block off the beach and close to the nest. The house itself is very nice, with the main area open and greet for group gatherings. The large kitchen is spacious and is great for cooking and congregating at the same time.

Overall, a fantastic stay. The home has been remodeled and overall look is fantastic. A few details were overlooked and there was even a missing light fixture. The outdoor shower was a reason we booked this property over others, but it was non-operational during our stay--which we only discovered once we got back all sandy from the beach.

This is my 17th time coming to Kiawah and staying for a week or more. This is one of the most perfect locations on Kiawah; the cottage is close to the beach, and not very heavily populated. The cottage floor plan and furnishings are wonderful and luxurious. The kitchen layout, appliances, and amenities are perfect.ESPM helps provide vacation beach gear and bikes. They also gave weather updates on impending storms. I can't say any other company has performed so many tasks to make their customers stay lovely and enjoyable. I will definitely be using ESPM again.

Overall I was disappointed with the rental and did not feel it was worth the money. The location to the beach was fantastic and as described. The updates made to the villa were nice and modern but other areas of the villa were extremely dirty. There was spider webs over recessed lighting. A vanity light was missing. The walls were dirty. Torn stickers on bunk bedframe. Hole in the wall where a toilet paper dispenser was fastened and removed, not repaired. Crack in drywall above TV in main living room. Looked like a water stain on wall in master bedroom. We sent an email detailing some of the above but all we were told was the email was FWD to the property manager. We never heard from property manager. Villa needs attention and repairs, not well-maintained. Disappointed in the money spent for the condition of the villa.
