Beautiful and convenient, this property offered a really nice place to escape for the weekend. Such easy access to shopping and food, plus all of the bike trails the island offers. Being on the first floor, the beach is really just a very short walk from the living room! Will definitely want to visit again.

Location to beach can’t be beat! Villa spacious with lots windows for sunlight. Turn off was the strong musty mildew chemical odor upon entering that remained our entire stay. Upholstered furniture and area rug all very dirty and stained. Air vents were filthy. Pillows old and one pillowcase really dirty. Refrigerator door did not look clean. Floors and baseboards and entire place needed a good deep cleaning or better yet renovation. The saying “you get what you pay for”did not happen for us. We paid way too much and are disappointed.

Location was great. I picked this location for “highly rated for cleanliness” but it needs a deep clean as there was thick dust on the vents, fans and some crumbs on the counter upon arrival.

Loved the Convenience

We LOVED the convenience of this ground floor unit - the beach access was so easy and access to the property felt like an extension of the unit. As a corner unit, it also offered a very large living space and a large dining table to accommodate us and a few friends. Well stocked with beach toys and chairs, and the deck furniture was great. The unit could have been cleaned better but in fairness to the owners, we did not call to have it redone and are certain that had we called, it would have been taken care of immediately. Would 100% stay again!

Pleasant Stay, very convenient

We had a wonderful time on the beachfront condo ground floor. Beach access was perfect and very convenient. The condo was decorated very well. It did lack a few updates to the property. These are only recommendations that I would make. The toasters in the kitchen were old and didn’t work properly. I contacted the owner and he replaced the toasters immediately. The bedroom TV was not working. He had that fixed immediately. I wasn’t aware that it didn’t have a washer and dryer either. I missed it in the description or it wasn’t placed in the description you had to use a shared laundry facility. I feel for a premier property. The unit could use a few updates to its furniture and its bathrooms. they were a little outdated, but nothing bad overall the property was good. I would actually stay there again.

Beautiful weekend on Kiawah

Our friend’s son is getting married next month, and the brides family hosted a shower in Mt Pleasant. Decided to make a weekend out of it and couldn’t have selected a better place to anchor our weekend. Weather just starting to warm up in the daytime, beautiful walks on the beach, coffee from the porch. The 2 masters were perfect, kitchen well supplied, quiet corner unit. Hope to get back one day!

Steps away from Beach

Very nice rental!!! This property is the closest to the beach. Literally walk out the door and you have access to private boardwalk and you surrounded by large dunes with the beach steps away!! Even during July4th , you have so much space away from everyone. Lastly, the owners are 1 text away from any questions and will respond very very quickly!!

Lovely stay by the beach

Comfy beds, clean and quiet. Great A/C. Simple and charming decorations. 1minute walk down the boardwalk to beach. Quick and easy check in at Villa Registration building, open 24 hours. We enjoyed everything about our stay! Thank you.
