This gorgeous renovated three-bedroom villa is one of the oceanfront seaside cottages at Mariner’s Watch. The villa features a private staircase leading from the rear deck directly onto the boardwalk and just a few steps to the beach.

This oceanfront villa features an open floor plan with incredible ocean views from the kitchen, living and dining area as well as the master suite. The kitchen has everything a chef would need to prepare a wonderful meal before heading out to the beach!

The master suite features a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds and a daybed. Plenty of room for the family vacation or just a weekend getaway for some golf!

There are 3 full baths.

There are 2 Parking spots located in front of the unit that are marked with the unit's number.

Unfortunately, there is no grill available, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island.

Cute home with an amazing location! The views and proximity to the beach were awesome! The home could have been a bit cleaner (mold in the master shower and quite a bit of dust built up behinds beds), but everything else was great! Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!

This place is so perfect in every way. The beach is steps from the porch. The view from the place is amazing. We biked to the east and west of the island several times. The owners have a lovely taste. Totally recommend this place!

Loved being able to see(and hear) the ocean, but couldn't see the beach because of the dunes(the pictures are accurate in the site). Check in and out were seamless which was great. I do wish that the furniture would be updated. The sofa is quite uncomfortable (just wear and tear). It would also be nice to have 2 chairs on the porch. There is one there but it is large and uncomfortable. I’m 5’6” and my feet barely touch the floor when I sit in it. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances worked well. We had a wonderful time as always and look forward to next year. 4 star instead of 5 is because of the uncomfortable furniture. We weren’t there much so not a huge issue but watching movies in the evening it was apparent.

This is an awesome property with a great location. Very responsive host. I agree with another reviewer that owners bedroom tends to be a little warmer than rest of home but other two bedrooms are nice and cool. We loved staying here and will stay here again!

Amazing location and good spaces. Loved the deer that live in the dunes! Suggestions for improvement include better patio furniture (only two uncomfortable chairs and a small broken table). Property was missing the porch swing shown in listing. Also, could have been cleaner. Floors were not clean and lots of stains on upholstery.
