Great location!!

This super cute villa is close to the Sanctuary, tennis courts and a short walk to the beach. It was clean, well-stocked with basics and had great views of the pond. We would definitely rent there again!!

The island is magnificent and very beautiful

This property and the Villas in particular are near The Sanctuary Hotel and within walking distance to the Barth tennis Center and close to Freshfields shoppes as well Perfect choice for us .

Great location, comfortable stay.

My family and I visited for a week and had a great time. The complex was quiet and clean, with a short walk to the beach. Right next to the Sanctuary, so restaurants nearby. Wish that there were more vacation amenities like beach chairs and staples like salt and pepper, etc. already in the unit, but we had a great experience.

Great listing

Well -appointed, very comfortable and clean. Check-in was flawless. Location was great for tennis, access to bike paths, the Sanctuary or a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Perfect place for family of five. Location was wonderful with bike trails all around and close proximity to beach. Freshfield Market/Village close by for groceries and a little island shopping! We will be back!

Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen.

We've been to Kiawah several times. This unit was by far the nicest place we stayed. The management company checked in frequently by text message to make sure all of our needs were met.

Perfect place for vacation

Condo had everything we needed. Screened in porch was perfect to enjoy morning coffee and listen to wildlife. Well-equipped kitchen and modern washer and dryer made cooking and doing laundry a breeze. Quick walk or bike ride to the beach from this unit. Kiawah Island is a beautiful place.

Just As Advertised!

A great condo right on a pond, close to the beach and amenities of The Sanctuary. Clean!!! And not run down like most places that allow pets. We’ll definitely book this one again.

Property was beautiful and well stocked! Place wasn’t clean and ready at check in time (4pm EST) and after traveling that day we had to wait additional time to get into the unit. Vacasa was difficult to deal with as well as the outside cleaning company they use, promising a call back from a manager that was never returned. Would try to rent unit directly from owner if possible and avoid Vacasa all together in the future.

No Tesla supercharger

The grounds at this resort are beautiful and the dinner at the Ocean room was incredibly delicious. 5 star. The only issue was because we called ahead and inquired if there was a Tesla supercharger. We were told there was and it was the reason we booked here however to our disappointment it was a low voltage EV charger 7KW. Too slow.
