Christmas trip

Beautiful house on Kiawah Island. Our family enjoyed playing games, cooking, telling stories and sitting around the fireplace watching movies. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill was nice to have as well. Will return to this house hopefully in the summer so we can enjoy the pool next time

Kiawah House is like being home only better!

This property was great for my family and friends and our kids and grandkids! When we had a need or issue it was promptly taken care of. The Dack app made asking for late checkout easy. It was close to the ocean, golf restaurants and parks with swings and slides ( kids were 2 5,6). Never a dull moment with a heated pool .. we All agreed it was perfect for fun family time!

Lovely home on Kiawah Island which I enjoyed with 3 couples I have known and traveled with for 35 years. Great location. I do recommend renting bikes. Kitchen and rest of house was well equipped. Beautiful view of the Marshes

Family Vacation

First time staying within the Kiawah Island Golf Resort and this house was perfect for our family. The house itself was gorgeous with the two story ceilings throughout the first floor and the grand doorways. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and stocked well with nice towels and comfortable sheets. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch but the pool and views were the best part! Would definitely come back and stay at this property again!

Lovely Kiawah getaway!

This home was perfect for my family. The home was clean, welcoming, and in a beautiful location with walking distance to the beach. If dining out for dinner on the island, make sure to get reservations. Also if available, I recommend paying for heating the pool as that is a highlight! Renting bikes was a lot of fun too.

This house was truly the bomb. How this house is situated with the pool, marsh view, and porch area was spectacular. I've stayed at many places in kiawah. This one was special. Cozy large bedrooms/beds. Instant paradise.

Beautiful Home, Very Private

The house is clean and has very nice furniture and appliances and a well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfy. The house has very high ceilings and the upstairs requires going up a large flight of stairs. Keep this in mind if you have anyone with mobility issues. All the homes on Kiawah Island are elevated so you must enter the house via a lot of stairs too. The pool is small but clean, warm and good for cooling off. The view of the marsh is lovely and relaxing. Cooked every night and setup for cooking and dining was great. The great room/TV situation could be better. The TV size and placement doesn’t allow for comfortable viewing for all. Wished they provided a few pool or beach related items. Getting to the beach wasn’t that convenient or easy for those who can’t walk or bike. Parking was an issue. For us not worth renting chairs and umbrellas. Overall the house was great.

Top Tier Beach Rental!!!

This house was nothing short of amazing!!! It is extremely rare for me to leave a beach rental without having any little complaints or future recommendations, but this house was just perfect! I have absolutely no complaints! For our arrival, the house was in pristine condition & was fully supplied to fit the needs of larger group — more than enough kitchenware/dinnerware, towels, etc. I will definitely be returning!

Perfect Vacation Home for Family

We took a week at Kiawah to run the marathon and enjoy life for a moment. This property was perfect for us and the kids (5, 6, and 8). Rooms for everyone. Bathrooms for everyone. Large open floor plan.

Fantastic location

Beautiful area of Kiawah. Absolutely loved that we could walk to the beach. Pool was lovely. Overall, the house was clean but was showing some wear and tear.

Great house

Overall excellent, convenient, with a nice pool. One thing, the garbage was not removed from the prior guests as it was not in the bins, so I had to load it for the garbage man! Also one pool light out and no kettle in the kitchen. Minor points.... we didn’t mind the short ride to the beach, and liked the quiet dead end road this house is on. Overall great place thank you!!

I want to go back!

Geoff's home on Kiawah Island is so restful and full of plenty of amenities that it is hard to think of this place without wondering when I am going back. He is very easy to communicate with and has thought through his property thoroughly. Even though it doesn't need it, he is constantly looking for ways to upgrade this beautiful house. When a problem arose with the pool on a previous visit, he responded immediately. Kiawah Island is well-maintained and this home is the one we will continue to come back to.
