We stayed here from 23rd to 25th June 2017. The weather was hot but there was no crowd so we had a nice, fun trip, lazing around. The market is only 1.5 kms away which is where the western temples are situated. The continental food was excellent though the chinese food we ordered in our room on 23rd night was bad. The Manager Rahul guided us in the dining room and gave us some very good food. What we also loved is the Breakfast, swimming pool and Gym. The bar was closed due to the SC order. We also enjoyed the table tennis at the hotel. In the room all was very cosy though the fridge was not working and the AC was low on the second day which we reported. I guess it was some adjustment problem. The swimming pool was very enjoyable. All in all, a very good stay and a good hotel.
I am a big fan of Ramada properties, one can expect a certain standard with Ramada. But sadly Ramada Khajuraho is not upto mark. I stayed with my wife from 1-3 July' 2017. They even served stale food from marriage function from earlier night in morning breakfast. I had great expectations from Ramada but it was a below average stay. First they provided me a room with water seapage that was smelling bad, then the next room provided was not upto standard. The cable TV was not working, they had not paid for the services to service provider. I had an MAP plan with breakfast and dinner, but it was not mentioned that you can not order certain items from the menu. I ordered grilled fish, they served pan fried fish that too very salty. The thai chicken curry was was not thai etall, it was dhaba style chicken stew. What is Thai chicken curry without lemon grass and cococut cream ? The only saving grace was Brownie and Icecream. Next morning the breakfast had items leftover from marriage function hotel hosted from previous night. Same thing got repeated at the dinner. Not a satisfying stay. Although I messaged to Mr. Neeraj about a good stay but for sure not a five star standard, leave alone Ramada Jaipur is far better property.

Definitely not worth a five star. Major service failures experienced during my recent stay. A. Staff is not up to the mark and face a major challenge in communicating in English- quite surprised to note that since its a major destination for foreign tourists. B. Staff is also not professional and lacks the basic courtesy a service atttitude required for a Five Star Hospitality Crew. C. At the Front Desk the lady was not able to communicate in English and neither was her manager. She handed over the keys and was astonished to note that the room was already allotted to another guest and they were inside the room too. The lady did not checked in the system neither the manual registers before handing over the keys D. Returned to the front desk and was surprised to note that the staff started discussions and arguments among themselves to search for the keys of alternate room - was surprised at this too since the keys were electronic cards so not sure what the fuss was about. It took 15-20 minutes before they could handover the keys of other room. E. Wanted to use the pool so asked the front desk about the directions- the concerned associate at the front desk asked a House Keeping team member to show the way - again a moment of surprise - the house keeping staff started arguing with the front desk member on why he should not go and then when he was pushed he started grumbling on the way and behaved rudely F. Waiting at the pool was another surprise - no staff to handle and provide towels etc.- I had to again run to the front desk for getting towels - there were some winds during the afternoon and the leaves were floating in the pool - the staff had not taken them out. G. Rooms are OK but the toilets are not perfect - you can see the dirt on the corners and the tiles. Overall a below average experience - don't think will choose them again or recommend anyone - there are better properties at better or same rates.
I stayed in Ramada Khajuraho here every month for business visit. The room is ok. The staffs here are with very great hospitality. Good smile with very helpful and friendly attitude toward our request. The food is also great here. My guest and I are always having good time in the restaurant and bar (though recently closed). I also remember that there is one time I have an urgent business document need to be sent to China by email. The reception staff there called Pankaj helped me with the computer there in the business center so I can send the document on time. I will come back again in the future.
