Radisson Hotel Khajuraho

We were only in transit for one night at the Radisson, and visited the wonderful temples at Khajuraho during the afternoon and early evening. The hotel was quite adequate for our purpose, the food was good and the bed and room comfortable. The fact that there was no alcohol served was a new rule enforced by the Indian Government and probably no fault of the hotel. Also our travel agent had not informed us of this, so again no blame can attach to the Radisson management.

Went as part o f my trip, was disappointed that they couldn't serve alcohol in the hotel as we hadn't been told about it, hotel was clean but had no English plug sockets, staff were very friendly and overall a good hotel xx

Awesom services, nice place to stay and very good location, green mentain property. Hotel staff is too good with full of standard. In khajrao visitor should stay in radisson. Well done team and I suggested to tourist to stay there. Good luck......

This was our first time with Radisson. I don’t think I will recommend Radisson, Khajuraho to anyone. We were two adults & a kid 2.5 years old. I observed that even the basic things were missing. The AC overall was weak. In the room, it was somehow manageable but in the common areas where people sit, play pool, carrom etc., it was pathetic. I was sweating the whole time. The reason management gave is that it’s a big area & doors are opening closing again & again. I think that happens in all renowned hotels, doesn’t it? And there was a double door to create air column between the main door & inner door. Still they couldn’t cool it. The ladies washroom next to this recreation area was ill-maintained. One toilet was not flushed properly. The other had a broken lock. Still I used it & later realized that there was no water in the hand shower. Thank God there was toilet paper. There was no sign board outside to warn the guests. Service especially in the restaurant was not up to the mark. The waiters’ attitude was not admirable or customer friendly. The staff did not appear trained as there was no uniformity in service. My kid didn’t eat anything. So, after dinner I requested for a cup of milk. There was some unpleasant reaction on the waiter’s face. Usually in hospitality, staff makes an extra effort & offers things to small kids & tries to make them comfortable. At the reception, once I asked for a duplicate key to my room as our key was with my husband & I had to go to the room to attend to my kid’s needs. They clearly refused saying that they don’t have another key. Though they obviously had & later another person gave it to me.

The place is near to the temples and the rooms were clean. We booked the 3 meals package through Make My Trip. We asked for early check-in and they made sure that we did not have any problems. The restaurant staff were also great and they went out of their way to ensure that we had a delightful experience. The spa was also good and Likhika was a great person.

Basic amenities like room AC and Bar fridge were in non working condition .. Staff would take away plates/juice glass while you are still eating! They will also bid “goodbye” as if the checking out guest is leaving for his Final destination .. they don’t want you to return.. Poor staff etiquette

Had a good short trip to Khajuraho. The location of the hotel is perfect. All the major sites are pretty close to the hotel. Happy with the staff as they really tried their best to make our trip wonderful; especially Mr Raj Kumar from house keeping and Mr Ram Milan from temple cafe. Our chauffeur Mr Rakesh Tiwari from Radisson itself is the best you could ask for. He is as good as a guide, very friendly and helpful and will see that you have a good time and take you to all the major places. Love to go again during the Khajuraho festival which happens in feb end. Also best time to visit is from 1st October to march. As the peak season opens from 1st itself and the safari park also opens from that day. Pre bookings are a must. It gets very crowded.

Khajuraho is not much more than a village but thankfully for travellers, it does also have a good contingent of top quality hotels. The Radisson was our choice and we selected it on the basis of the price (they were offering a really good deal) and our knowledge of this chain. The hotel has great facilities, including a nice pool and the restaurant is good although we chose to eat outside the hotel in the evening because they couldn't serve alcohol. Note that all the hotels are caught by the same alcohol prohibition law. Service was excellent throughout our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. check-in was great as no wasting time. They check us in with a birthday cake and it was. Staff are extremely well trained. The water pressure in our shower were strong and I loved it .Restaurant for breakfast and dinner over extremely delicious highly recommend it love my stay here.

Stayed there from 17/9/2017 to 19/9/2017 in a deluxe category room, Breakfast spread was more or less ok. as well as the dinner spread . House keeping service was prompt enough to take care of the needs as well as the laundry service. This for the General Manager, when the buffet time nears to the end say before Half hour the Staff goes missing, or remains in a incognito mode.and please don't repeat the same dishes in the buffet dinner (daal , Chawal was repeated).Hot water is not there in the evenings Every day house keeping person make some art and craft with the towels , nice to see when you come back after a tiring day, The location of the hotel is good enough ,near to the visting temple's.
