The Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size for a property near the airport. The complimentary shuttle service is a bonus. Good breakfast. Use the advertised cell number through WhatsApp for the best communication with the hotel.

This is a very small and quiet hotel with a nice breakfast.

Hotel is equivalent of a motel 6 in USA. Walls have water damage. I personally found it disgusting for a 3 star hotel to be this dirty

The staff were completely welcoming and having a restaurant on site was very beneficial. The only issue I had was that we were told that breakfast was not included in outlet stay, but we quickly pointed out using the Expedia app, that yes, we paid for that. Every time that I went in for breakfast, I had to show the Expedia confirmation- this was annoying because the check in person told us that this would be communicated in the. The hotel told us that the issue was with the booking agency, so Expedia was the issue. Other than that, the overall staff was very nice particularly the Chef and Lizwe, along with a tall gentleman that greeted all the guests upon arrival. The security at the hotel is another great thing, along with the convenience of a free shuttle to the airport.
